Bob The Blindman needs smart energetic people to grow their own business selling and fitting our full range of products in customers home. 

The hours you do are up to you and how much you want grow your business.

We offer full training both initially and continuously. We will train you not only to sell our blinds but also to fit them to the very highest standard. All training is done locally to you.

SO WHAT DOES BEING AN AGENT INVOLVE?

Do you need to be a super salesman?

No, our agents are from all walks of life and all have different skills, but what they all have in common is the ability to interact with the customer and the ability to be enthusiastic about the products.

Our agents visit the customer’s home on a pre-arranged appointment that is generated by local advertising. No cold calling, no pressure selling just simply be yourself and be enthusiastic about our products.

You will measure the customer’s windows and show the customer our range of blinds to suit their requirements. You will give advice on colour, style and price.

Finally you will provide a quotation and normally accept an order and take a deposit.

Once the order is processed your blinds are manufactured and sent directly to you. You will then contact the customer and arrange for the blinds to be fitted.

WHAT ABOUT FITTING THE BLINDS?

What skills do you need?

Our ranges of blinds are quite simple to fit and everything is provided to enable you to fit everyone perfectly in the customer’s home. All we ask is that you (or your nominated fitter) has good DIY skills and have an eye for detail.

We will provide full training to enable you to fit all of our products and at all times our training manager will be available to help and assist you achieve the right results.
